We serve teachers and other shopping-eligible staff at Marion County schools that have a 60% or higher free or reduced lunch rate.
Once registered to shop, teachers can schedule one shopping appointment a month at either shopping location.
There is no dollar limit on what you can take, only quantity. Each time you shop you will be greeted by our wonderful volunteers and will have a 30 minute window to fill your cart and checkout.
We always have the basic, core items that teachers are needing for their classrooms. The average value of a shopping trip at Teachers' Treasures is ~$600. That's a lot of pencils!

Teachers’ Treasures second store received a grand reopening in 2022, providing an exciting, convenient location for teachers on the west side of Marion County to shop.

Teachers’ Treasures welcomes the following staff members to register to shop:
Pre-K-12 teachers (including Spanish, art, gym, and music)
Special Education Teachers
Principals/directors
Full time office managers/secretaries
Vice Principals
Media Specialists
School Social workers
School nurses
Guidance counselors
Speech/occupational therapists
Long-term Substitutes with letter from Principal
Parent Involvement Educators and Parent Liaisons
Instructional assistants/ Instructional coaches
Paraprofessionals

Shopping is available at both Teachers’ Treasures locations as follows:
1800 East 10th Street Location:
2:30pm – 5:45pm** Monday – Wednesday
Thursdays and Fridays – NO SHOPPING
NW Middle School Location:
2:30pm-6:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
Shopping hours and dates are determined by our appointment system.
Shopping will be in 30 minute windows. Please arrive at the beginning of your appointment. You will not be granted extra time to shop due to late arrival.
Plan ahead by looking over our calendar. Please note, calendar is subject to change and the Northwest Middle School dates are subject to change based on IPS's schedule and staffing. We will update shoppers if there is a closure.
