In order to be eligible to shop at Teachers' Treasures, both you and your school must meet certain requirements.
Teachers’ Treasures provides classroom materials for use in schools that meet the following requirements:
Principals provide a request to participate, which identifies the eligible individuals in their school.
Only full-time, certified, pre-k-12 teachers (including art, gym, music), principals/directors, vice principals, media specialists, social workers, nurses, Parent Involvement Educators, and guidance counselors from eligible schools may shop. To participate, eligible educators from qualifying schools pay a $35 annual administration fee.
Completed registration forms, along with a check made out to Teachers' Treasures, may be mailed to:

If mailing the form, please allow 10 business days for processing before coming in to shop. If registering in store, we accept cash, check, credit, or debit.
When to Shop
Teachers' Treasures' monthly shopping calendar is broken down into 4 different colored weeks: red, blue, green, and yellow. Each school is assigned a color, which determines your shopping time frame for the month.
Each participating teacher can shop once per month throughout the school year during their designated color shop week.
2:30pm – 6:00pm** Monday – Thursday
Fridays – NO SHOPPING
We are open one Saturday each month 8:00am – 12:00pm** (see shopping calendar above for dates)
**You must be checked in 30 minutes prior to closing
