Help by donating to Teachers' Treasures
Teacher Annual Registration Fee
To help cover ongoing operating expenses such as water and electricity, the Teachers’ Treasures Board of Directors will implement an annual registration fee, effective August 1.
Download the registration fee form here >>
Teachers from qualifying schools will pay $25 per person until September 1, after which the fee is $35 per person annually . The registration fee is not tax-deductible. The fee may be paid by check, cash or debit/credit card anytime until September 1.
Once the fee is paid, a punch card will be issued for the 2009-2010 school year. There are no refunds, and the fee will not be prorated. A teachers’ registration fee may be underwritten by a donor; just contact Teachers’ Treasures. Each teacher can shop once a month during their designated week. Volunteers may designate a teacher or school to receive a free shopping trip after volunteering three hours. Summer school teachers shopping during June and July 2009 are not affected by the registration fee.
Teachers’ Treasures ID Cards
On your first visit to Teachers’ Treasures, you’ll be issued a special ID card for shopping at Teachers’ Treasures. Each month, when you shop, your card will be punched. If you shop each month, August through May, you’ll be eligible for a special prize drawing. If your card is lost or stolen, bring in a letter from your principal certifying your eligibility.
Inventory Control
We’ll inventory your cart as you check-out to improve accuracy of the items distributed, as well as their value.
More Flexibility for Shopping Visits
Each school is assigned one week out of the month to shop, not just one day as in the past. Check to see if you’re in the Red, Blue, Green or Yellow Week.
